Board Matters is a video-based training that can be incorporated into your monthly board meetings. Through ten short video sessions you will learn strategies and tools for effectivly govering a community health cneter. During the sessions, TACHC staff will discuss a nightmare board meeting at the fictitious Leftfield Health Center. We'll talk through all of the situations that arise at Leftfield Health Center's board meeting and give you tips for avoiding a nightmare of your own.
